Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to assist me. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable, with comfortable beds and even a balcony with a stunning view. The homemade wine gift was a lovely touch too.
No complaints at all, everything was perfect.

Had an awesome christmas stay! the complimentary homemade wine and breakfasts were amazing! the location was perfect and we were able to explore the city with ease. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. the room was spacious and the mattress was probably the comfiest we've slept on.
We were given a room with a terrace facing the noisy street instead of the garden view we originally booked, but the staff did try to upgrade us. Plus, the soundproofing wasn't great and we could hear some noise from the next room.
